#4) Form 1099-K

This form is used to report payment card and third-party network transactions. This includes payments made through credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or any other payment system that involves a third party. If you have received more than $20,000 through payment card transactions and at least 200 such transactions in a year, then you must file this form.
